What we stand for
No commission, ever
Owners keep 100% of the sale price. We earn from small listing fees, subscriptions and services, never from your deal.
Verified, not claimed
Owners prove their identity and ownership with their ID and title register before a land goes live.
Accurate to the border
Lands are drawn from official coordinates, point by point, and checked by our team.
Privacy by design
Exact locations, cadastral references and papers are shared only after the owner accepts a buyer.
Fair to brokers
Brokers are welcome and optional, capped at 2.5%, and paid only by whoever hires them.
Built for the diaspora
Remote viewing, escrow and guidance on power of attorney make buying from abroad realistic.
Who we are
R.E.I.L was founded in Lebanon by a team that saw how hard it is to buy land here: unclear boundaries, unverified sellers, commissions that add up, and buyers abroad left guessing. We combine mapping, verification and secure payments to fix that.
